Superb Trading Plan – The best I’ve come across!, October 4, 2011

The Book on Forex Trading provides a full, concise trading plan for the reader. It is detailed and asks the reader some searching questions that need to be answered honestly to succeed in forex trading. Questions such as “Why do you want to trade forex?”. “What are your financial goals?”. “Will you trade full or part time?”. “What type of trader do you want to be?”. “Which currency pairs will you trade?”. “What time of day will you trade?”. “Which broker will you use?”.. And many more.

Stephen Margison makes the point that in time your trading plan will change to suit your personality. This is important because in order to succeed and make money you must not be fighting your subconscious. This is more than just a superb text book. It is a great self-help book too. The chapter on trading psychology is a must-read for traders of any level of experience. This is a practical book with its main focus on how to make money trading.<br/><br/>I totally agree with the author's point about every forex trader needing a mentor to show us the ropes, teach us the tricks and pick us up when we fall. I've been trading forex for four years and I know it takes a lot of practice to get right. Margison stresses this point several times. Stephen Margison is a former schoolteacher and this come across in the very easy to understand way he explains difficult concepts. This is a practical book with its main focus on how to make money trading.

I totally agree with the author’s point about every forex trader needing a mentor to show us the ropes, teach us the tricks and pick us up when we fall. I’ve been trading forex for four years and I know it takes a lot of practice to get right. Margison stresses this point several times. Especially when he says, it is not practice that makes perfect but “perfect practice makes perfect.”

The Book on Forex Trading is a must read for any forex trader.

This isn’t the longest book on Forex trading that you’ll ever read, but that’s partially what I like about it.

The book details a Forex trading strategy that I think is absolutely brilliant. Too many people get caught up in Forex indicators, Forex robots and all the hype but Vince Cordic lays down 5 simple rules that simply put, just make sense.

If you’re new to Forex or have been struggling to make a consistent income in the Forex market I highly recommend you purchase the book and follow the strategy outlined within. The author sets 5 rules for you to follow which make up the strategy but he doesn't go in depth with technical analysis or anything like that. <br/><br/>If you're looking for a book that covers *everything* about the Forex market, then this book won't do that. <br/><br/>However, if you want an actual Forex strategy you can follow right now then I'd recommend you check it out. I havn't tried the strategy yet but I'm going to demo test it over the next few weeks and see how it goes! The strategy outlined in the book is something I’ve actually never thought of doing before, but I’m going to give it a try now.

It’s pretty simple yet it’s not something anyone talks about (at least that I’ve read) and it makes sense. The author sets 5 rules for you to follow which make up the strategy but he doesn’t go in depth with technical analysis or anything like that.

If you’re looking for a book that covers *everything* about the Forex market, then this book won’t do that.

However, if you want an actual Forex strategy you can follow right now then I’d recommend you check it out. I havn’t tried the strategy yet but I’m going to demo test it over the next few weeks and see how it goes! I’ll update this review then.

Ha, this guy gave the farm away. In my opinion this product should be
priced at $79.99. At the ridiculous low price I got more insight than
all of the big heads talking on TV. This book tells it like it is and
I think is a must for every newbie that wants to last in the market.
Really without the knowledge in this book and alike you have no chance.
Forex is not exactly what your broker is presenting it to be.
Yea it’s a big market with no central hub, but your broker controls
